I noticed the “drive, pulse, trip” was reseted without my consent.. prior to it I did also noticed the aggressive accelerations and cornering reported.. When scheduling on the phone for 2nd key programming and software recall update, I was informed 1.5 hour wait. Told same 1.5 hour wait at checkin. However, It was 2 hours 20 minutes and no one came to update me on the delay. I went out to find out about delay because I was running late for appointment. I did make my appt on time.
