I was sold a warranty for the tires and rims when I bought the vehicle. I was told that if I damaged or scuffed any rims, they would be replaced at no charge. I stopped by last week to show the service department my scuffed wheel, and everyone agreed that it would be covered. I brought my vehicle in yesterday to have the wheel replaced, and today I was told that it’s not covered because they are chrome wheels. I was blatantly lied to. I spent over $90,000 on that car, including the wheel and tire warranty to be lied to like that is very disappointing. I will never buy another Lexus!

The floor mats were in the back of my car and they cleaned the car. They left the mats but did not clean the floor in the back seat area or install the mats.
