Cordis was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was the first time I had my Lexus serviced at Meteo Lexus. I purchased from Classic Lexus and always had my car seeviced there but had the vehicle in twice since May telling them there was a creaking noise and that it was possibly the left strut and they claimed they found nothing. Two weeks after getting my car back from Classic after purchasing four new tires, I took it to Metro Lexus and Cordis took the time to get in the car with me when I was dropping it off and heard the sound immediately without leaving the parking lot. My car was only covered by warranty for another 10 days from picking it up which would have cost me $1100 for something that’s been wrong for more than six months.
The communication, updates and professionalism shown at Metro Lexus was hands down the best.
Metro Lexus is blessed to have such an outstanding service manager.
Again, Cordis is the best!!!

I was totally surprised I needed all new tires at just a little over 25,000 miles. Still questioning. Others 40,000. No other Lexus I have leased ever needed new tires. I ? Make of tire. Only good for 25,000 miles. Will never lease another car with those on a car.
