I brought my Rx350 in because the automatic gas cap wouldn’t open. Was told you didn’t do that work and to take it to a body shop. I took my car to a body shop guy I knew and he sprayed some WD 40 on it and bent it back and it was fixed in about 2 minutes. I am surprised your service department was unable to fix it. I will continue to bring my car in for service, I just wanted to let you know about this experience.

I brought my 2018 IS for a fuel pump recall. That went fine. They found out that my rear inside tire has a tear. I only have 21k miles on my car, but the service person said high profile tires only get 15k and said it is stated on the sticker of the car. No one told me that or showed me that. I would have hesitated buying the vehicle based on that. I am not happy with Lexus right now. I haven’t found that stated on the sticker btw.
