Tough for me to say but check-in experience not pleasant; actually ignored for several minutes. Not introduced to whoever checked me in via computer. Initial gentleman that took my car very nice.
No one came in to give me updates; someone on office staff noticed I had been sitting a long time ; approached me, asked questions and went to check on car
She returned to state car was finished, never heard from anyone so 20 min later I went to Service
Received text stating my car ready when I was 5 minutes from my home??
Anyway, the Carwash and Gasoline top-off very nice; Thankyou
