Scott did a great job.
I was however not happy with his boss who would not allow any discount when I was spending close to $900 ... cost was unexpected. I would assume the manager would have liberty to allow some sort of discount.
Scott did ask for me twice so that was appreciated.

Of all the vehicles I’ve had serviced, Scott is the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. I used to own an Acura which Scott was my go-to service advisor. I have trouble with my lower control arms and was not offered the service to repair them. I have the impression that Lexus doesn’t want to work on my car anymore. Could it be the technicians aren’t geared for a 19-year old vehicle? I had my car in there previously for front end rattling and gotten a upper arm replaced. Also front struts that I am not convinced they were bad. Please respond.
