Of all the vehicles I’ve had serviced, Scott is the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. I used to own an Acura which Scott was my go-to service advisor. I was delighted to find out that Scott was a service advisor at the Lexus dealership when I was shopping for a car and is now my go-to advisor for my Lexus.

I have trouble with my lower control arms and was not offered the service to repair them. I have the impression that Lexus doesn’t want to work on my car anymore. Could it be the technicians aren’t geared for a 19-year old vehicle? I had my car in there previously for front end rattling and gotten a upper arm replaced. Also front struts that I am not convinced they were bad. Please respond.
