The only disappointment I had was the fact that none of your staff were wearing masks. Masks are about protecting others. As a nurse, I appreciate that you sanitized my vehicle at all the “touch points”, but without a mask, anyone that was in my vehicle could have left virus in my vehicle. Fabric masks are just as protective as manufactures ones for protecting your customers. Please consider implementing this is the future.

Scott Gilmore explained the details of recommended 60K mile service and answered all my questions with extreme patience and clarity. He is very personal and comes across as extremely trusting of his service team. His accurate estimate of when work would be done helped me use my day well and the cost estimate was accurate. He gives extra advice about my RX350 and helps forecast future maintenance to expect. Metro Lexus is equally close but I only come to Akron/Canton because of Scott and also Laura.
