Marty should not be the first person customers interact with. Definitely needs some customer service training. Expected more from Lexus.

Laura Davis and Scott Gilmore were fantastic.
I paid $310 for a replacement Michelin tire and the balance weight was put on the outside. That ruins the rims. I expect that at Goodyear or Firestone but not Lexus.
