Marty was great to work with, from working with me to schedule a service on short notice before a scheduled back surgery next Tuesday, to staying in touch with me while the service was taking place. Marty explained everything ahead of time and there were no surprises! MY KIND OF SERVICE!
Also, I was very impressed with the young man that met me when I drove into the service area. Very pleasant and respectful...showed genuine interest in me and my vehicle (‘we going to service this beauty for you today sir?’). He also noticed I had difficulty getting out of the car (serious back issues) and showed concern for my well being. Not what I was used to in the service department (Germain Infinity) prior to purchasing my Lexus.
