It took 16 days. I rarely heard what was going on. When I called it took awhile beforthIS heard back. 16 days for an amp? Really? Before that they were looking at the radio. Before that they had my car for 5 days and fixed nothing. I drove out turned around and came right back. Then it took over a week to get the second appointment.
