Norman and Scott make me feel like I am bringing my vehicle to its second home and they are great hosts to point out the nicely stocked Lexus waiting room. I dont mind waiting on my vehicle

30,000 mile scheduled service on Lexus RX350 should have taken 1 1/2 hours. It took 4 1/2 hours. There were no unexpected issues. If there were not enough technicians to get the job done it should have been rescheduled rather than taking over 4 hours of our time when the car was not being serviced for most of the time.

I can not believe that you made me put gas in a loaner vehicle while I am paying you to service mine. This is my first Lexus, we will see if I buy another.. Acura , BMW, Honda, etc DO NOT make their clients add a gallon or two for the loaner car before they bring it back!!!! Yet you offer free food and beverage?? Just charge more for the service and don’t make your clients stop to add a gallon or two when they are coming back to get their cars. nickel and dime clients and they won’t stay. I will be asking around to see what others do and share that you charge clients for gas.
