I hope the 400 was worth it. That will be the last dime I will spend at that dealership and the one in Cleveland 4 cars. First another 600 for the antenna that was quoted incorrectly and now this. They added on a bunch of needs to do because of safety and I trusted the advice but yet the bill kept climbing. Faith and Trust is gone!!

Schedule service several days before appt. Dropped car off for repair that was supposed to be a couple of hour to one day at the most. Found out the next day when I called for update that part was not even ordered and would not come in till week later. Called the day the part was to be delivered and found out it came in damaged. I had to call two days later to find out status of repair.
