I was not communicated with at all during service. I dropped car off Tuesday morning expecting to pick it up end of day. I did not hear anything. Wednesday I called late afternoon for status and was told car had been done early in the day. If I had not called at 3:45 my car would still be at the dealership tonight. I will note my car was washed and tank of gas provided. As requested I had dropped off car with very low gas level for fuel pump recall service. This was greatly appreciated ‘

He failed to notify me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was onsite in waiting area. Service Department closed and went home. The text Nicholas sent me at 3:00 said I hadn’t been forgotten and that he would keep me updated about my vehicle... I was left searching for someone to explain things. One of the sales people there apologized and said he was “texting the Service Manager and advised me to just take the loaner car home until Monday.” So I did. I never did hear from the manager... Nicholas apologized when we spoke by phone on Tuesday.
Finally Tuesday morning my car was returned. Nicholas apologized.
