Pryce was great. The issues are related to management and poor functionality of the customer interface. Happy to share the details if interested, but the lack of planning and execution of services (loaners and pickup) forced multiple cancellations and rescheduling. Not the technicians or advisors fault but completely unacceptable for a luxury brand charging premium service prices. Unusual experience and hoping it gets someone’s attention. Thanks.
