I was concerned he did not know i had tire warranty; and while happy car was ready in less than 6 hours..it was way off estimate of end of day/following day; my concern that 2 new tires both having side nails tjat were not repairable...was not understood?..i did appreciate him bringing me my garage door opener out of loaner i had left

The car was dropped off with a VERY specific problem. The gas door would not open. They called and said it was fixed and that I just need to wait a few minutes to let the gas depressurize, WHAT?!?! Told me car was ready. Drove half an hour to pick it up. First thing I checked was the gas door and it still did not open. Had to leave car again. This is number 2 for the exact same problem. Wasted so much of my time $90,000 for a car that I cannot gas up. Stranded south of Columbus for 1 hour and 20 mins
