I didn't feel any customer employee connection I reached out many times and no one got back with me about my new key fob. I did learn that they are independently owned so I would deal with a dealership that's more personable in trying to meet customers needs I feel they didn't

Nik was superb. However, I have encountered an unacceptable issue with my Rx that,based on preliminary discussions, only Lexus Corp can help me with. This is an issue widespread on the internet, and local complaints at both Akron and Metro Lexus as well. I am extremely careful with my cars (as partly evidenced by my low mileage on this $70k vehicle). Something must be done. I hoped to purchase the forthcoming 2026 ES, but if I am left disappointed by Lexus’ failure to resolve my issue, I will be sincerely devastated. I hope Lexus stays true to its mission and values as posted on the walls of its beautiful sales locations. I sincerely look forward to further discussion.

Already explained my less than satisfactory experience with this last service visit. 2+ days for oil change, tire rotation, and issue with my moonroof that was explained via text and to the service rep. Amazingly poor communications. No followup until I called. No responses to left messages. Not even a notation on the service report regarding the moonroof issue. And no satisfactory explanation of what may have been wrong or repaired....was told my opener was the noise?? But was told they couldnt hear a noise? Just bad overall. Everyone i tried to ask or check with was either on the phone or in a meeting? You always want positive feedback so I truly doubt this will get to the correct people. I will be checking other options for Toyota/Lexus service and car buying. Never going through this again.
