Pryce was quite kind and straightened up the mess. When I received the bill it was nothing like I expected. About 148 more than I had been quoted when I scheduled my appointment. No where in the notice I was emailed prior to the completion of the service was it mentioned about the need for an alignment, yet they did this…. Unauthorized! Pryce did take it off my bill. But I will be checking my credit card very closely to make sure the credit goes through. I must say I love Tammy and your sales Dept but there have NEVER been a time I have take my car for service that something was messed up. Sorry to say , I will not be returning for any service at your facility. The issues not to mention the prices

I did not feel listened to. One of the problems of my car is not been fixed. He did not make me aware that my car was ready to be picked up until I called him. At that point there was not going to be any valet service to return my car Until Monday morning. I had to pick up the car myself on Saturday. His main focus seem to be to sell me tires and to change an air cabin filter. Neither of these issues was urgent. The service was over priced. I am in the process of getting a second opinion on the tires. I suspect that my tires are in much better shape than what was presented . A charge of over $100 to change a cabin filter that cost about $15-$20 was excessive. I am not very satisfied. I would recommend that any other person using the service area at Lexis be wary of offers of an asked for services. And would recommend they get a second opinion to be sure that they are actually necessary.

Tires were recommended during my service visit, only to be found not in stock. This happened twice. I would expect inventory to be checked before trying to recommend and sell certain tires, especially after the first time. I did end up with tires, which I believe will be fine, but the experience was a bit frustrating.
