The detailing was subpar. The touch charger still had a coffee stain on it, the cupholder in the front still had debris in it. I actually just shook it out myself before I drove off, and the seatbelt buckles in the back still had crumbs on them, on both buckles. These are not in and of themselves problematic, but I cannot say I had a great value. I can understand if there was not enough time to do the job properly, but then just decline the job.
This question was what didn't go right, so I explained that here. There was much that went right with my mirror replacement, however, so I appreciated that, and I hope I have an opportunity to share more of that in the coming survey.

This is the 2nd I brought my car in this past year. Both times, the dealership tried to overbill me. Yesterday, the authorized amount of my service was $889. I went to pay and the amount was $1159. After struggling to get ahold of somebody,’the person I spoke to said he corrected the problem, but it was still going to be $30 more than the authorized amount. Tax problem he said. It was better than the $300 problem, but still aggravating. I told him that and he corrected it again. I wouldn’t be terribly concerned, but this problem happened each time I brought my car in. It doesn’t feel like a mistake anymore. On top of this, they did not correct my problem. The mean reason I brought the car to the dealer was to diagnose and resolve the stuttering problem when it shifts. They only did a physical review of the vehicle and checked service requirements. I really don’t think they even drove it to identify the problem. They didn’t indicate that they did in the video. Anyway, very unhappy with this dealership.

I was given a loaner that had very little gas in it with a fuel door that refused to open. I called and told the service supervisor about the problem. I asked that they either get my TX5OOH serviced by 4pm or get me another loaner since I had a dinner meeting in Cleveland that evening and I barely had enough gas to return the vehicle to your dealership. He said he would call back and let me know which direction they were going to go to resolve the problem. This was at around 11AM. At 430PM there was still no call. I took the vehicle back with 9 miles of fuel left. Very disappointed in how I was treated.
