I was scheduled to have a rear camera recall. The service agent knew the model of the car. When I arrived, I was told that the recall for this model was not functioning correctly. I don’t understand why I was not informed of this problem prior to driving 20 miles.

After your service the parking warning system is not working. The warning on the instrument panel says it is turned off. Why? We are leaving for 2 weeks and this is inconvenient. BTW when we scheduled the service the agent said we would get fuel fill-up because of the recall work. That didn't happen either.
