You need to stock more parts!!! The last two visits there were problems with parts. The first one you had to order a belt. The last one I planned on a day or two max but no. Five days waiting for a gasket that I probably could have picked it up my self at any auto zone and drove it to you!! Pryce was great. The girl that set up my appointment originally didn’t even schedule the proper services so I had to cancel and reschedule. So from beginning to end this affected 3 weeks which is ridiculous

I was disappointed in the lack of communication. I got a voicemail at 11am about the car and would get another call back. I tried a few times but just got voicemail. When I called the main number I found out he left at noon. I finally talked to someone after 4pm. There was confusion about if my car was done and what exactly had been done. I was told initially they would have to order parts that would take 2-3 days but then later found out they replaced the part that day.

Luckily I called Lexus of Akron canton and Nick set me up before he left for the day. I had my car towed to Lexus and was able to get a loaner. The car was fixed and the tire was replaced Monday. Instead of delivering my serviced vehicle in the exit lane of the facility, which is usually the case, it was parked outside in the rain storm today 4-3-26 at about 3:30. I was asked to go outside in the midst of heavy rain storm to get my vehicle. Moreover, I was not given the keys but was told the keys were inside the vehicle. Went into the rain to get vehicle only to find out that it was locked and the keys were not in it. Came back into the facility in the rain to get my keys. And then I got into my vehicle only to find out that the inside of my vehicle was wet from the service agent parking the vehicle and opening the doors inside the heavy rain storm. Besides, there was no vehicle on the exit lane when my vehicle was parked outside in the rain storm. And I was completely socked from going up and down from my vehicle outside in the rain and the facility.
