Very disappointed in my certified vehicle.
Was told my rear brakes need replaced. In 8k miles how could they be needing replaced if certified? I guess certified doesn't mean much!

He was friendly and kind and made sure we had everything out of the car we needed. Nick was fantastic. He offered a loaner car which was an F sport! I enjoy driving this sporty SUV. I had battery installed . The underside of brace holding battery was not cleaned of corrosion. The plastic piece across the front that covers part of battery was missing 9 fasteners. There may have been few missing before, but doubt 9. I should at least been alerted & option to have new ones installed . Whole deal looked like a sloppy hurry up deal. I have had my car serviced at this dealership since I purchased it. I tried calling several times and the phone wasn’t being answered. Then I found out that Dealership is now owned by Ken Ganley. Hhmmmmm !
