The only thing I was very disappointed in is that Lexus in Akron has no record of May of 2022 when I had the coolant changed out in the Hybrid battery and the brake fluid changed out which they requested me to do again this time which I've only put 15,000 miles on my car and it is not due except for every 50,000, I don't know what happened to those records but I sent a copy of the receipts showing how much I paid for those services in May of 2022 I would expect an appreciate Lexus to put that back in the system under my VIN number in my car make it model, that bill was over $1,500 and it needs to be in the system

You need to stock more parts!!! The last two visits there were problems with parts. The first one you had to order a belt. The last one I planned on a day or two max but no. Five days waiting for a gasket that I probably could have picked it up my self at any auto zone and drove it to you!! Pryce was great. The girl that set up my appointment originally didn’t even schedule the proper services so I had to cancel and reschedule. So from beginning to end this affected 3 weeks which is ridiculous

I was disappointed in the lack of communication. I got a voicemail at 11am about the car and would get another call back. I tried a few times but just got voicemail. When I called the main number I found out he left at noon. I finally talked to someone after 4pm. There was confusion about if my car was done and what exactly had been done. I was told initially they would have to order parts that would take 2-3 days but then later found out they replaced the part that day.
