Well, there were a couple of problem, but mostly it was a lack of timely communication re the completion of service and difficulty in getting the parts in a timely fashion. I did finally receive the car back today, and it is in good condition, with one exception: they were supposed to touch up the rims that were scuffed in the accident as well. That didn’t happen.

Today’s service was ok, although I was there for several hours. It’s what lead up to today’s service for which I am dissatisfied. I had my car to your service department twice before today with a leaky tire. I had to take it somewhere else for them to tell me in 5 minutes there was a HOLE in my tire. In my opinion this is unacceptable and dangerous.
