I had no problem at all with Bryan, he was very attentive and professional. I had a problem with the App. I got an oil change and a wheel alignment. I passed on a couple of suggestions for additional services but the total for the service kept coming up as $943. I was reluctant to sign for what was obviously an error of some sort. When I wrote a message to Bryan about the error the App would not send the message unless I signed for the wrong total which I was not going to do. Bryan apparently anticipated the problem and came out to tell me to ignore the App.
