Total ****! Service Writers could write a book on relationship management. Bell Honda is way closer to my home but I keep coming back to Right Honda for Alan.
Please provide some coaching to Dan as to how he can stay out of other Advisors paychecks.
If this happens a to me again, I just might become a Van Tuyl service customer.
