I received good customer service and I appreciated that. but the price was outrageous. I asked other mechanics and they were quoting me $350-500 for tire rods, $80-100 for alignment, $150 for sway bar links, and $125 for the gas actuator. If you can match that I will bring my car back to be serviced. If not, I will book with an independent mechanic.

Ken Lewis and the service personnel provided a service vehicle X2 days, informed and reassured me regarding additional service needed to my vehicle to get it to tip top shape. I had a great experience working with Brian Pocius at Right Honda. He was very helpful, professional, and kept me updated the whole time my car was in service.
For about a year my car had a noise that other visits weren’t able to reproduce or fix. Brian really took the time to listen and made sure the technicians looked into it properly. Thanks to his persistence, they finally found the issue and fixed it.
He also handled all the paperwork with my Honda Care warranty, which made the process smooth and stress free
