I took my car in for a service due to a failure in the braking system. However, instead of repairing the brakes, they replaced the filter, performed a wheel alignment, and recharged the battery. I do not understand what any of that has to do with the braking system issue.
I had to pay for services that should not be my responsibility, as the problem should be covered under the vehicle’s warranty—the car is not even 8 months old.
Additionally, it has only been two days since the vehicle was returned to me, and parts of the lining that they worked on are already coming loose. I will have to take the car back again, which takes time away from my work and negatively affects my professional and family responsibilities
