Overall, very disappointed in the lack of communication with the wait time I experienced. I was told the wait time for an oil change and inspection was going to be about 1-1.5 hours. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I was texted about the inspection and what was recommended. The only service added was a brake light bulb change. Another hour had passed since sending in the approval and didn’t hear anything back about my car being ready. The wait ended up being 2.5 hours. It probably would have been longer if I didn’t speak up about it. There was a lack of transparency for wait time and I never once was updated about the wait being longer. The extended wait time was unnecessary as the service that was added shouldn’t have take another hour to fulfill.

Even if she's been an outstanding Customer? I used to refer to. I will not anymore going forward. I did not feel welcomed or taken care of as a long term Customer. Over an Oil Change!!! Customer service cold and impersonal. Extremely unfriendly. Very disappointed.
