Everything was quoted at around 3 times as much money as other auto shops. I was told my car needed 10,000 dollars worth of repairs, including two tires that NEEDED to be replaced(in the red zone). Then I brought my car to a different place and they fixed it for a lot cheaper, and they also said my cars were in the green zone.
I did appreciate the car loaner that you guys gave me, but almost immediately after I left with it, it got a flat tire, and a few days later it got a second flat tire.

At the time of purchase, your representative introduced an option to me that supposedly covered all vehicle services up to a specific mileage, including all types of oils, filters, and related maintenance, free of charge. I purchased that option; however, it now appears that this was a major misrepresentation and essentially a false promise.

Once the valet brought our car back, we noticed the condition it was brought back was worse than when we dropped it off. The car was covered in an oil like residue, including the windows. We have washed the car a few times now and it is still difficult to remove.
I don't appreciate having our car returned in worse condition than it was. I understand the car may become dirty throughout the service, but just to do our best to not leave it in that condition.
Lastly, we were told the fuel pump would be replaced due to the recall. Although there was no confirmation on if that occurred or not.
