I noticed everyone else’s car was washed and vacuumed mine was not touched. This was the first time ever that my car was not washed after an oil change. I know it’s not a huge deal but no it makes me question if my filter and oil were changed.

He arranged my LYFT to take me back to work after dropping my car off for a scheduled appointment, and later explained clearly what Honda advised, according to the car’s mileage. At no time did I feel pressured.

Usually when I bring in my car, it’s been washed before it’s been returned. It didn’t happen this time. I also found the head rest for the passenger front seat on the seat itself. The overhead lights & head lights were turned off so I had to reset them. I’m sure there was a lot going on but some of this is pretty simple.
