There is the same noise that I came in for when I got my first oil change and the tires were in fact defective. They replaced 2 tires and now the other two tires after a rotation are making the same noises. But I'm being told nothing is wrong and the situation wasn't rectified at all. Plus I feel like he talked down to me as a women

But the runners were a disaster
They lost my car couldn’t find the keys and Ivwsited aboutv30 minutes and finally had to go get Ken and he found they parked but outside the service area and left the keys inside so they could not find the keys or the car Ken said he saw them drive it out but didn’t know where they left it. Ken was terrific
