TJ was the most polite person I dealt with today. Glad he was my advisor. He was the only one that was polite. Everyone else barely looked at me and barely said anything to me. TJ needs a promotion. If I still had my dealership I would poach him.

I didn't receive the brake pads that I requested (still missing 4 pads and will call in the morning to followup. I am very disappointed that the truck was extra dirty after service received and you'll dont offer complimentary wash. Just disappointing.

He is calm and listened to me. There was a coupon for oil changes, but I didn't have it yet (it was in the mail when I got home from my visit!) Chris applied it to my service. On Friday, I took my CRV for oil change and routine maintenance. I left my vehicle with the service department for about 2 hours. I didn’t get a call saying the job was done so I returned in case I missed a call or message. I returned and the service rep said they didn’t do any oil change or routine maintenance…. He thought I took it in just to get a blemish on my driver mirror checked out…. There was an extreme lack of communication and I had to wait another 3 hours for all that work to be done on top of the 2 hours I already waited for absolutely nothing to be done on my vehicle. I don’t live near the dealership so it was an absolute waste of my time.
