Bill Thorton i felt seemed bothered when i would call to check on my car. I haven't had the car for a year yet and was worried. But, when I oicked up my car I saw Fabion and asked him if he had time to explain the work that was done since Bill wasn't around. I will never use Bill again.

I brought my car in for an oil change and air in my tires and before I could even get back to work which is literally a mile away, I already had a sales person calling and texting me trying to make a sale. I’ve purchased two cars from Right Honda in the past and had pretty terrible experiences both times. When I asked about bringing my car in for an oil change when I called, they said a shuttle could take me to work (didn’t mention the timing issue), but when I got there they said it only ran every half hour on the hour (it was 9:37, so I apparently had just missed it), so I had to walk a mile to work.
