It’s clear you must spend over a certain amount of money I. Order to get free parts and labor. I had the same service as a female customer and she was lucky enough to get the free air filter, in cabin filter and windshield wiper replacements whereas I was told I did not spend enough money so I am not getting the same freebies. The tone from the advisor was unpleasant.
The time it took for my vehicle was 80 minutes longer than told by the service advisor.
The advisor told me the service price (30k) service is $299 but for some reason my bill was over $330.00. So that means I did not get the coupon deal.
This dealership customer service is clearly heading downhill and has changed over the last few years.
