Great customer service. Andrew got my vehicle right in and came out with a diagnosis of a bad a/c compressor. He said it would take a couple of hours to fix and offered me a shuttle ride but unfortunately I live in North Glendale which was way out of the shuttles range. Since I was going to be waiting he let the technician know. He was pretty accurate on the estimated time.
