We still have no hope of any resolution to the CRV oil dilution with gas issue. Unfortunately all we can do is repeatedly document this issue at our inconvenience. The AHM case #09531857 is still outstanding and AHM still does not have the dealers sign off of the completion of the relative recall/service bulletin in their records, not that it would help the situation any.

My only comment is that when I made the appointment online I mentioned that my windshield needed replacing. It would have been nice to find out sooner than the end of the service that I would need to have someone else replace the windshield.
