I was not told that the team leaves at 5, and left a vm to be picked up at 5:45. After waiting 20 minutes with no response I Connected to the receptionist who mentioned that they could no longer process payment, and there was no way to get my car that evening, and no shuttle available. I was stranded at work and had to book a car service and then retrieve my car the next day. Bad service.
