The tire pressure should be 32 when cold, but the technician added air to 36. I worried it would rise more after driving in the heat. I had to wait for extra time to release some air, in addition to the 2 hour wait for oil filter change.

I had to wait too long to get a representative to come up to my car and I was first in line. I had wanted to make an appt for my 5000 mile service but they said I should just come in and do an express service. I was told the service would take an hour. When an hour passed, I asked if the car was ready and my tech was rude with his answer. Not a good experience.
