I’m disappointed with Right Honda. I live 5minutes from Bell Honda but have been buying and servicing my Honda with you. I came in for oil change and wanted someone to look at the rear latch as it is sticking. I was told the oil change would be 1 hour. If I wanted the latch looked at it would be another hour, because that had to go to another department. I just needed someone to look at it. I would of appreciated someone to look at the problem. Then if it was an hour to fix I could of decided if I had the time. Perhaps this is a good reason to use Bell Honda for future service. I could have them bring me home to wait for services.

I only have one complaint, and it’s not a big thing, but all the seats in the new lounge area are designed for people who have longer legs than I do! Other than that, I still get the same respectful and friendly service that I’ve always gotten.
