Like to speak to management not service Jan 9th 2019 had power steering pump installed hoses and a belt do to leak. Was told new pump new hoses and belt with a guarantee. Car started to make a noise under hood was at a shopping center when I was approached by a friend he looked under hood and said your power steering pump is leaking. I looked it was the same place as first time.The noise is coming from belt. I told him I just had everything replaced in Jan 9 19 he said you need to take this Car back right away. He showed me right where leak is which is same place. Took car to Honda Monday spoke to Bill explained this is the Same thing all over again. I asked him was pump new he said yes . Later came back told me the estimate to fix a hose was over 600.00 dollars. I explained I just had this all done you replaced everything he said not that hose. It was leaking from same place he the said they never replaced belt.I said its all new you can see. I said I have a warranty he said no not on that hose. I said that is a brand new pump he said no we refurbished it. I left.i want to speak to the manager of Right Honda not service manager. I've been a customer for years. Please contact me asap. There seems to be a communication problem in the service dept. I was told by Fargo that if I returned for a recall on my new vehicle that for the inconvenience since I bought the car 3 weeks ago that I would get my tank filled with gas. Got to the 101 noticed no gas was in car. Retuned to dept to get what was promised to me. Not very happy!

Not happy with the sound sestee in the 2019 hatchback Sport.
Highly disappointed in sound quality of stereo speakers. Had the car two weeks and speakers sound is distorted when volume is raised.
