My experience was awesome. While my day started with my ac not working while driving to work, i pulled into the svc bay about 6:30AM knowing they don't open until 7, Bill came right out, took care of me, got me a lift to work and made it all better. He was great. I appreciate the great customer service!????

I took my car there to be fixed that I bought a Superstition Honda and told them this upon me dropping it off. They didn’t fix my car since I bought it at a different Honda one month ago. Why they didn’t tell me this instead of wasting my whole day is beyond me. I then go to pick up car that is not fixed after I got off at 6:30. They told me my keys would be in the front with the sales guys whose leave at 8. I arrive to find out they don’t have my paperwork or my keys! Sean the manger finally got in after 45 minutes, but his boss rich just sat in the glass box and didn’t come out to talk to me. How unprofessional,rude and just flat out lazy! I am beyond pissed with not only this location but Honda as a company to have such careless employees and thy doesn’t even tick the iceberg of problems Iv has over the past month dealing with Honda. Considering this is my 3rd Honda and have always come to you guys I’m just so upset.

This was a return service since AC was not properly fixed the first time. I appreciate Right Honda fixing it at no cost to me, except for the hassle and time from my day to bring it in again. Might be nice to get a free oil change to make up for the hassle.

Service dept was not able to perform all the B1 service on my Acura. Price was high for just brake fluid change and oil change with coupon. Wait was an hour more than estimated. Recall check was not able to be performed.
