No I was completely unsatisfied. I got there at 7:45 I was told it would be an hour at the most. At 9:40 I went to check on my car because I needed to be work at 10. They couldn’t really find me in the system and then found that the papers were already sitting up front with the cashier to be checked out. Who knows how long the paper was there, nobody came in to get me while I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours. I would like a refund for this oil change or a credit on my next one.

Huge kudos for Chris Douglas & Katie Biers. These two went above and beyond this past week in listening to our concerns and then moving forward to make sure we were taken care of. I was very pleased that Tim was assertive with me not to drive my vehicle another foot. And I was thrilled that a loaner car was readily available. Tim was patient with me given that it was difficult to be readily in contact with me because of my uncooperative phone. Returning the loaner car was quite simple and the cashier was very helpful.
