I was told the oil change and tire rotation would take 45 minutes. It took 1 1/2 hours. And turns out I didn’t need the tires rotated. I have never waited that long anywhere for an oil change. The remodel in the waiting area was very nice. I was excited about the quiet room option to get work done. Unfortunately a couple came in and talked on their speaker phone for 20 minutes to their grandkids. Wow. Not a good experience today at Right Honda.
