Hey, Tim was just great. I have no problems with him. It was the wait that I had when I first arrived. It seem like I was being ignored and that nobody cared. If someone, anyone, could just come to the car and say were really busy right now but someone will be with you in 5 to 10 minutes that would’ve been wonderful. But I am there and everybody’s walking around that works at Right Honda and nobody’s saying can I help you. That makes a customer feel ignored and that no one cares about helping them. If you clue me in that you’re busy and it will take five minutes before someone can help me— I’m good! But no one did....

I was very pleased with the Service Department. My first time there and the staff was very professional and friendly. I was there for a airbag recall and I was in and out within 45 mins as stated in the letter by Honda.

Service was excellent; however, It was suggested that I have my tires rotated! When I took the car to Costco I thought that was all i needed. Costco said when they were rotating the tires they found the inside of two tires were bald. Then when they went to balance the tires, they found that one of the other tires had a slit in it! Not sure why Right Honda didn’t catch these defects in the tires!
Pleased with the rest; however, wish they had looked at my tires better!!!

Daniel Estrella is polite, professional, treated me with respect and gave details on which problem needs to be fixed when ( which can wait and how long). First time felt not frustrated with service experience! I come in and each single time it is one or two grand I pay. Look at my records.
I think many of the service agents are good, he is exceptional thus far!
