We understand that we don't need the oil change every 3 months if we are under 4,000 miles but since we are paying for Honda care to get a oil change 4 times a year we would like to get the service completed without someone trying to talked out of it.

When Dan told me that my car should be ready when I paid the front desk. I walked to outside and been waiting for my car for 10-15 minutes. I told 2 guys that I have been waiting for my car since standing outside and fews people got their cars back in few minutes and for me more than 10 minutes. That’s very rude and unprepared for customer arrive to expect their car ready. I saw my car sitting there and do nothing at all. I was pissed me off for waiting period of time.
