Orlando is great. However I am ver unhappy with right Toyota. I was sold a ppm where I was told I basically would have to pay very little year to year on maintenance. This seems to not be true. I was sold some BS and won’t buy another car from right Toyota. It’s ridiculous that they think people can spend 100k on a car. Then buy a ppm and still have to pay outrageous prices and come to find out on things I DONT NEED !!!! Very unhappy.

I attempted and was not able to secure an appt before the end of the battery warranty and missed the warranty period by two days.
