Upon leaving, Car Valet could not locate my car keys. Then after waiting for quite awhile, wrong car was delivered to me. After waiting again, I received my car. While leaving parking lot I noticed malfunction message. I returned to valet, but he was unable to correct anything. I was told to park and go inside to service rep. I would have thought Valet person would have done that for me. My service rep immediately took care of situation, and all was good. I have been a Toyota customer for several years with several different cars.
