Austin has a very good service agent and has treated us with respect and efficiency and all of our prior visits. He was not involved for what happened to us at all. We had an appointment at 9:30 AM to have our cooling system. Radiator flushed. Usually it takes about two hours to complete. I dropped off the car and called at noon to see the status and they hadn’t even taken it into the bay yet. I had a doctors appointment so I had to pick up the car and reschedule for next week. Your system should not allow an appointment if you cannot do the work at that time. It’s a great inconvenience at a waste of our time.
