Appointment was for 10:45 am. I arrived 10 minutes early. Justin L told me up to 2 1/2 hours to wait. At 3 hours of waiting I ask to check on vehicle. I watch him grab my key at the desk and claim there was a computer error, and he will take it back immediately. 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I bought my 4runner here, this was first service. Horrible experience buying it, horrible experience getting serviced. You guys treat your customers like crap. You have lost my business.
