I waited over two hours for a routine maintenance check, which did not even include an oil change. Apparently, all they did is rotate the tires, but no explanation was given upon checkout other than providing me with a paper to pick up my car.

Truc was great.
My complaints are with how long I’ve had to wait in line before a service rep came out to check me in. This is the second time ive had to wait nearly 20 min in my car to check in. I had an appointment and arrived on time.
I’m also annoyed by the fact that i called ahead of time to check the timing of the courtesy shuttle. The information given was incorrect so while i tried to time my appointment so that I could take a shuttle home quickly, i had to wait around for 30 minutes until the expected timing of the shuttle. Then as it were, the shuttle did not leave until 10 minutes later so the entire experience took way longer than expected or acceptable.
Again, no complaints with truc, but the overall process of the service center needs to be improved.

I was very happy with Cody my advisor he was very communicative. Let me know exactly what was going on with my vehicle and updated me throughout the process from start to finish.
My only complaint is going to be your rental department when I told them I need a vehicle somewhat like mine size wise because I have six people that I usually have in the same vehicle every day they put me in a hamster wheel, called a Corolla and said that’s the best they can do

Had a decent size service done yesterday that I was going to do some myself. Junior gave a good quote and the confidence to have it all done there at Right Toyota. Service was finished a hour early and the technician David Mohrmann did a great job and checked over my truck And put my skid plates back on (3 piece). It is relieving to find a good service department and I found out we can get our Subaru serviced at Right instead of AutoNation Subaru so that’s a bonus as there have been issues with them.
